E. Schellenberg Textildruck AG specialises in the dyeing and printing of knitted and woven fabrics. The family business is managed in the 3rd generation by Urs Schellenberg and employs around 100 people at the production site in Fehraltorf (Canton Zurich - Switzerland). More than 6 million metres of textiles are finished annually for customers in Switzerland and abroad.

Production

Pretreatment

- full-step pretreatment with bleaching, singeing & leaching

CPB & jet dyeing

- cold pad batch dyeing with 30'000m production capacity per day
- jet dyeing with 5’000m production capacity per day

Rotary printing

- two rotary printing plants with a production capacity of 20'000m per day

Finishing & quality control

- Finishing (among others antibacterial, formaldehyde-free, hydrophilic & hydrophobic)
- 100% of the textiles processed by us pass through a final inspection

Sustainability

Sustainability is a core element of our corporate strategy.

Numerous recognitions (see certificates) are proof of our efforts to achieve the most sustainable production possible.

This is also the reason why we cover 100 % of our electricity needs from hydro power.

In addition, textiles can be dyed, printed and finished in a CO2 neutral way in our production plant.
